Derek is an D.O.M.P., a Registered Massage Therapist and has an Honours Degree in Kinesiology. He is in his 17th year of teaching and has been working at the Canadian College of Osteopathy since 2002 when he became a teaching assistant after finishing his fifth year. He has also taught Structural Kinesiology Internationally. Derek owns and operates out of two multidisciplinary clinics in Hamilton and Caledonia and is currently a Clinic Supervisor at the C.C.O. Marie is another veteran teacher. Marie is solely responsible for opening the Toronto campus of the colleges of osteopathy family. She teaches lumbar spine, small and large intestine and the second year presentations in Toronto. Tara Drew, PhD D.O.M.P.

Director of Education Toronto and Winnipeg Campuses

Tara attended Queen’s University at Kingston, obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy in 1989, under the ROTP program with the Canadian Armed Forces. She worked as a Physiotherapist Officer until 1994, and was the first active military therapist to be certified in acupuncture with the Acupuncture Foundation of Canada Institute.
